Refund and Returns Policy

Our aim is to satisfy our customers and ensure the quality of our digital key products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS:

  • The product must not be activated or installed.
  • The product must be malfunctioning or not functioning as described.
  • The customer’s account must be in good standing and not subject to disputes or billing issues.

Refunds will not be accepted for situations such as a change of mind, an error in selecting the product, incompatibility of the product with your operating system or hardware, or for any reason not listed as a refund requirement.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

To request a refund, please open a ticket via web chat and indicate the reason for the refund request. Our customer support team will assist you in the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the refund request. Our company reserves the right to refuse the refund request if the above requirements are not met.
